design decisions

Decision: export / import only. Frank 2026-10-18: "Export/import only." "We don't allow for a view of the file, we just allow export and import." The old hypergrid (retailer-hypergrid.js + per-cell admin/pricing/retailer/update) is retired in the new admin.
Prong 1 is two equal cards. Export: one button, Export (queued), the real Blade line under it, and the retailer's recent files with Download. Import: choose or drop the edited CSV.
Recent exports are real: the export files list filtered by retailer, newest first; files are pruned after 7 days, so the list is at most a week deep.
Recent imports are a needs-backend ghost: import batches are stored without a retailer id, so there is no per-retailer import list today.
The tab keeps 9 / 10 combinations priced: counted from the retailer read, not shown as a grid.
The footer states what the file carries: 28 codes · 10 combinations · 5 price columns each.

Recent imports per retailer: job_batches carry user_id, not retailer_id · needs backend

Prong status is derived on the page from existing reads: GET /pricing/retailer/{retailer} (paged by dataset_count) counts priced combinations; GET /pricing/designs once per product counts priced products. One summary endpoint would make it one call: optional, NB-5.

File names follow the real pattern retailer_{id}_pricing_{date}_{time}.csv; ids, times and sizes are examples.
