design decisions

Click Export (queued): a toast with the real line (queued, notification with a download link, typically 30–60 s) and a row in the shell Jobs tray.
The card follows the batch: Queued 14:31:08 → Running → Ready 14:31:52 (export batch status).
The bell gets the real notification Your recent pricing export has been completed · Download File; drawn open here.
The new file lands on top of Recent exports with a primary Download. Download asks for a signed link (bearer clients cannot use the old session link).
If the queue lags, the toast is prefixed with the real warning "Queue worker may be lagging (oldest job is N min old)."
