design decisions

Import is a step flow inside prong 1: Upload · Check · Preview · Confirm · Run · Result on the left, done steps keep a one-line summary.
Check reads the CSV header: Username and Currency must match (the job's own rule); an unknown combination name is mapped before anything runs.
Preview is a diff summary, never a grid: changed / new / cleared / unchanged counts, then the same counts per combination.
The clearing rule is stated once, here: 0 or an empty cell clears a price (stored empty). The import's real rule is narrower than the old grid's "≤ 0": only an empty cell or exactly 0 clears; a negative number or 0.00 is written as typed today, so the preview would flag them before Confirm (UI-only); this file has none.
Confirm: type the retailer's username, then Import N changes. It runs as a queued job.
