design decisions

Run: progress of the import batch (1 job), also in the shell Jobs tray; leaving the page does not stop it.
Result: the real bell text Your recent import has been completed, then the counts sent (from the preview).
Counts written by the job are a needs-backend ghost: the job reports done or failed, not numbers.
Errors: a failed run reports one whole-job error in the bell. Both real texts are listed: the username / currency refusal and the raw unknown-combination error that the Check step now prevents.
Export to check queues a fresh export of what is stored now.
