Express cost per combination is money (EUR + USD) but lives on the combination, same for every retailer.
Neither is merged into the pricing grid.
Today the menu shows Pattern Design Add-Ons to non-super roles only, so the super admin who owns pricing cannot reach it from the sidebar: link it from Pricing.
